We believe everyone is an athlete of some sort!

We believe everyone has GRIT, it just depends on one's mindset:  functionally integrated training techniques, HIIT workouts, sports, weight training, karate, yoga, etc.  In each session we will bring a personalized plan that adapts to what you want to accomplish, a plan to get you to that point so it is adaptable to your life. We will use various modalities and ways of working out. We are always creating new combinations and varying up the workouts. When we work together, we can design what is distinctive for YOU!

Personal Training

When you are looking for one-on-one personal training with a coach that takes your needs seriously, this is the ultimate package for you. Enjoy training sessions that are designed to help you get in shape and reach your fitness goals. 

Group Training/Partner Training

Our group training classes include a small group (max. 10) fitness class for youths, young athletes, and women. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our partner training is personally selected by the client with program guidelines that curtail to each partner. Both of these training programs make attaining ones goals achievable due to their affordability, programming and supportive structure.

Athletic Conditioning

If you are trying to achieve specific athletic conditioning where we push your fitness further, for triathlons, marathons, school /college athletics, or just want to focus on the athlete in you, this is the program you want. If you have the drive and commitment to take on this kind of challenge, we will take it on with you! Your individualized training program will push you as far as you want to go. 

Health Life Coach

Learn about and implement vital lifestyle habits to start feeling amazing on the inside and looking great on the outside. By applying mindset with fitness and nutrition principles -- you will become a better version of you. One that is not only healthier, but happier.

FOCUS Program

A program specifically for youth who experience chronic conflict in their school environments and face a substantial risk of violence and substance abuse. The program implements life skills that strive to reduce antisocial behavior and promoting a healthy course for youth development. FOCUS implements concepts of focusing on centering and understanding of self! This program has had remarkable success in juvenile programs initiated by local judicial systems.

FOCUS also offers a variety of programs and seminars for anyone that has influence on our YOUTH:  coaches, teachers, school administrators, police officers, athletic directors, etc.

FOCUS offers team building and conditioning programs for YOUTH sports.
